| Yiwu Agent Service: 1.Before the Purchasement In order to help the customers well prepared, we will supply the services as follows: airport pick up, drop off, hotel advance booking at discount,factory visit arrangement, car rent,etc. 2.During the Purchasement We will arrange the professional staff to accompany the customer, who will overcome the language and culture barrier for you, besides, we will make the words recorder in detail and take the photos about all the product bought. 3.After the Purchasement After the oder is comfirmed, our service will go to the export agent, including; 1) Following the orders:pushing the suppliers to make delivery in time and reporting to the customer if there’s any difference or problem; 2) Collecting the goods to our warehouse and do a strictly QC: we will report to our customer if there’s any difference or problem by QC photos; 3) Inland service including shipment booking, loading the container, documents arrangement,etc. 4.Usual Service The service is for both old customers(when they are not in China) and new customers. Our services are as follow: 1) Searching the specific products and comparing the best price in Yiwu market; 2) Factory finding and price comparing; 3) Placing the repeat order and following them; 4) Following the order and shipped by LCL or FCL. Service details about Factory order following: The service is extension on the basis of the export agent. After the customers placing the orders to the factories in different places, in order to loading the container together, we will offer the following services: 1) Contact with the factories and following the orders: pushing the suppliers to make delivery in time and reporting to the customer if there’s any difference or problem; 2) Contact with shipping agent; 3) Checking the quality in the factory: we will report to our customer if there’s any difference or problem by QC photos; 4) Arrange the export and documents.
